Meet
Judge Heck

Brian and Emily, his wife of more than 20 years, have two daughters, Olivia and Lindsey.

I love serving the people of Hall County as a Judge. With a diverse background in the law, business, and in almost every area of our local Court System, I know firsthand the impact that our courts and judges can have on our community.

It is with this knowledge and my commitment to justice, the law and our families that I am running for State Court Judge. I will put my experience to work to make sure our court system remains fair and efficient, that our community remains safe, that justice is done, and that our future remains bright.

For nearly a decade, I have served the people in our local court system in various roles. I have prosecuted cases in State and Superior Courts with the Solicitor General’s office as a Senior Trial Attorney and the District Attorney’s office. I have served as the staff attorney to Superior Court Judge Clint Bearden. Currently, I serve as an Associate Magistrate Court Judge.

I am asking for your vote to serve as your next State Court Judge. I believe my experience, background, and temperament make me the best choice for State Court Judge. On the bench, I will pursue justice with integrity every day. I will ensure our court runs efficiently. I will ensure everyone is treated with dignity and respect. I will follow the law and make sure justice is done to keep our families safe. I know that by electing the right Judges, we can keep our community a great and safe place to live.

Guided by the law, common-sense, and good judgment, I will follow the law and make sure justice is served to keep our families safe.
